Our Values

Growfelt.com is part of the Anglo Family group of companies, based in the beautiful Rossendale Valley in Lancashire. These include a textile recycler and a social enterprise to give young autistic adults work experience.

We employ 50 people and it is a great source of pride for us that customers get used to talking to the same colleague and have done for years! We are a traditional family business and our “company charter” stresses our commitment to behaving with integrity to customers, suppliers and colleagues.

We recognise that the workplace is also a community – and alongside supporting charitable activity in the village of Whitworth in which we are based­ we offer an annual bonus to all staff based on company profits, we have a company chaplain who offers pastoral support to all staff, and we ban phone calls to staff when they are on holiday!
